Recipe:
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans as well as everyone else, you can add an extra zing of taste to these white wine biscuits with some aniseed seeds or cinnamon. But this recipe is for the basic flavour, which allows the natural aroma of the wine to express itself better. I guarantee they will not sit long in the cupboard....!
Place the Cake flour, sugar, yeast, oil and the Seligo White Wine in a deep pot, and work all together until you have a soft dough. Pull of lumps of your dough, and cut them into rectangles; pass them through the sugar, and place on a baking tray lined with oven paper. Bake at 170°C for 40 minutes.
Once baked, remove from the oven, and leave to cool before serving.
