Olive and Sardinian cheese plumcake

| Molino Soncini Cesare stone-milled type-1 Strong First flour | 150g |
| grated pecorino cheese | 40g |
| eggs | 2 |
| milk | 80ml |
| sunflower oil | 50ml |
| Sardinian cheese | 150g |
| Green pitted Ficacci Olives with pepper filling | 50g |
| instant yeast | 1 sachet |
| salt and pepper | to taste |
Ingredients for the filling/topping
Recipe:
Place your flour, grated pecorino, eggs, oil, milk, salt and pepper in a deep pot; mix well together, and then add small pieces of you Sardinian cheese, plus the green olives and finally the yeast. Work well together and pour into a 21-cm floured and buttered plumcake baking tray. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes. Leave to cool completely before serving.
