Light wholemeal berry biscuits

Jamaican rum | 10 drops |
Molino Soncini Cesare Bread Line Wholemeal flour | 230g |
partially-skilled milk | 50 ml |
brown sugar | 100g |
sunflower oil | 20 ml |
Goji berries | 30 g |
blueberries | 30 g |
cake yeast | 1/2 sachet |

Recipe:
Place the Goji berries to soak in some water in a small bowl. Place the flour, sugar, egg, oil, milk and the rum in the mixing bowl of your dough-maker, and work them all together with the whisk until a smooth soft dough forms (naturally, you can mix these ingredients together by hand). Add the drained Goji berries and the redberries, and work again until all the ingredients are well mixed and the dough is nice and compact. Remove pieces of the dough, and form them into balls the size of a walnut. Squeeze each slightly, and place in a baking tray lined with baking foil. Brush each one with some milk and bake at 200°C for 15/20 minutes. Once baked, remove from the oven and leave to cool on a wire-rack before serving.
