Molino Soncini Cesare semi-processed multi-cereal flour | 500g |
water | 290g |
dry yeast | 12g |
tepid water | 1/2 glass |
mixed seeds | 25g |
Ingredients for the filling/topping
Recipe:
Melt the yeast in the half cup of tepid water. Spread your flour out on a work surface and then pour the yeast into the middle, followed by the seeds. Work for 5-10 minutes, until you get a smooth compact dough. Leave to rise fr at least one hour in a cool place. Once risen, work the dough again, before shaping it as you want. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C, leave you dough to rise for another 20-30 minutes, and bake for 30 minutes.
