Apple and citrus fruits plumcake

Molino Soncini Cesare Stone-milled range Rice flour | 250g |
Molino Soncini Cesare Cake Line flour for Cakes | 50g |
citrus fruit yogurt | 1 |
eggs | 2 |
sugar | 170g |
yeast powder | 1 sachet |
Ingredients for the filling/topping
Rigoni di Asiago citrus fruits jam, 3 apples (cleaned and cut into pieces, then soaked in lemon juice, breadcrumbs and sugar)
Recipe:
Mix your flours, yogurt, sugar, egg and yeast together (in that order) well, pour some into a plumcake baking tray: then add spoonfuls of your citrus fruits jam and your apple pieces; add another layer of the dough mix, then more apples and finally a scattering of breadcrumbs and sugar. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C, and serve (check your oven, as always!).
